This temple is often referred to as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. The giant reclining Buddha statue present is covered in gold leaf and measures 46 meters. The Wat Pho temple complex additionally includes four distinct chapels as well that feature 394 gilded Buddha images. Many intricately detailed murals can also be found on the walkways around Wat Pho.
